With the touch of seven famous chefs from seven Mediterranean countries, we will taste seven different flavors in the streets of Kuşadası! Under the guidance of ADÜ, KUPAD, and the Gastronomy Association, our traditional dish keşkek will be cooked this year in a giant pot!
Flavor Tour
At the Flavor Stops, located at seven different points in the city center, the unique flavors of Mediterranean cuisine will be waiting for us. Visitors to the festival can participate in the Flavor Tour by purchasing tickets for a certain fee.
The Flavor Tour will bring Mediterranean influences from world cuisine and Turkey to the streets of Kuşadası, offering our visitors an unforgettable experience.
The revenue from the tickets sold for the Flavor Tour will be donated to reforestation efforts in the areas affected by the forest fire in June 2024.

On the last day of the festival, keşkek will be cooked in a giant pot with a 5-ton capacity and served to everyone free of charge!
